ACIG was founded in 2000 when the German Group Azego took over a small company in Miami, Florida. As a result of this acquisition, a new name was born: ACIG Technology Corporation.

The purpose of the acquisition was to provide customers in Latin American a more committed level of service by integrating cooperation and professionalism into a unique atmosphere.

As international operations started to grow significantly, the company was renamed to ACiG Technology International Corporation in 2005.
